To Patients of A Medi Day Spa & Plastic Surgery:

For the past several years, we have enjoyed providing Spa services for you and for many of your friends. Some of you have undergone cosmetic procedures by Dr. Cox.  We have enjoyed providing these services and have been pleased to get to know many of you.

As of January 1, 2009, we will transfer ownership of the Spa to Dr. John Kingsley and his colleagues of the Alabama Vascular and Vein Center, located across the hall on our mezzanine.  Dr. Kingsley plans to continue the Spa services, and to make significant changes which will enhance both the appearance and the services offered.  He wishes to let you know that your continued utilization of the Spa is welcomed, and he and his staff will do everything possible to continue your confidence in the Spa services.

Some of the employees of A Medi Day Spa will remain on his staff to assure continuity.  Additional services may be offered, and Dr. Kingsley will make those announcements.  Consultants from around the U.S. are working with Dr. Kingsley to assure this will be one of the finest Spa facilities in the Southeast.  We are sure you will be pleased.

Dr. Cox will not remain with the spa. He is especially sorry to be leaving such a wonderful facility where he has had the opportunity to not only provide excellent cosmetic care and advice, but also to get to know so many of you and develop your trust and confidence.  He is planning to re-open in a cosmetic center setting; however, at present, he will be happy to see any of you at his Kirklin Clinic location downtown. 

Dr. Kingsley will honor our gift card purchases and a number of our pre-paid Laser Hair Removal and IPL Photo rejuvenation packages.
